OSCAR
I am a six year old with a pink nose that darkens slightly in the summer.  I first found my owner five years ago in South Dakota and decided to stay in the warm bed she made for me, since living on the street isn't much fun. She needed me anyway and calls me her guardian angel.  I went to art graduate school with her and did quite a lot of nude modeling for classes.  Now transplanted to Ohio, I miss the wildlife and huge parks of South Dakota, but am happily engaged in advanced obedience and agility classes.  I spend most of my time sleeping (on the sofa if no-one's home!), but I really love hunting for rabbits and squirrels, camping, and playing with my friends and relatives, a Basset, a Husky mix with a pink striped nose, and a Golden whose nose is quite pink. I may give them references to join the PNC.

I am named after my favorite place to play and socialize, Sandy Beach. 
I  really enjoy retrieving, swimming, riding in the car, and food, oh yeah and playing with my friends.  If I didn't know better, I'd
think I was a dog or something.
